yesterday at kayaks

Everyday I go kayaking for about 3 hours. Everyday, I go out of the channel towards open water in the hopes of seeing whales and never see anything. Yesterday, that whale appeared! It came into the channel and started jumping around. We paddled as close as I felt comfortable with and watched it for a good 20 minutes. Really cool. Those things are HUGE! So then we paddled over to where the bald eagle likes to perch and took pictures of it at about 10 feet away. Thats amazing as well. Watching them just doesn't get old. On our way back to the beach, a sea plane flew over my head. My pilot friend was flying to he was looking for me. I waved my paddle at him and he flapped his wings back and forth to say hi and I could see him waving at me out the window. Soo cute! Its such a cool atmosphere out here. And my office is a body of water surrounded by mountains and islands on all sides. Pictures to come!
