- A family voted and said that I look like Kate Middleton..Prince William's ex-girlfriend
- I had a guy on my tour yesterday who is an extra in movies and stuff...he was in a few episodes of nip/tuck.
- there was so much fog on the water that we couldnt barely see anything but the trees on the islands that surround our little bay. It was so mysterious amd amazing!
- I successfully convinced a fisherman to give me some of his alaska king crab for my birthday! he gave me 2 legs! YAY
- a woman sang "I'm proud to be an american" as the bald eagle flew overhead
- a sea lion barked at me and then splashed me
- I now sort of know how to back up a truck with trailer
- We tried to pull up a crab pot to see what was in it, not realizing that you need an electric crank because the rope is around a hundred feet long
- every day people are cleaning king crab in front of me and they wont share!
- the salmon jump all around us but I dont have a fishing pole to catch any!
- one guy was too fat to fit in the kayak
- my coworkers homemade a pinata for me for my birthday and filled it with the most random stuff imaginable: toothbrushes, corn on the cob holders, minnie mouse lollipops, maxi pads, and other little trinkets
- the float plane pilots wave their wings at me when i wave my paddle
- in most kayak races, I lose, which is really pathetic on my part
- I had two people from Andora on my tour...tried to speak catalan to them very unsuccessfully

Hey, Molly! Thanks for the link to your blog. Your post about the fog and seals sounds just like the trip I just made to Maine with my family for the fourth. Fog, bald eagles, seals, fishermen . . . Just the other side of the country, lol.
